I am looking for home remedies that help to relieve back pain? The pain extends from my lower back all the way up to my neck and shoulders.

Question by veggurl21: I crack my neck, will this lead to arthritis?
I have a habit of cracking my neck, by tilting my head back. This mainly happens when going to sleep or just after waking up. I did it a lot more before I changed my pillow and since that time I think it has decreased. Sometimes it feels okay and sometimes it hurts. I think it will lead to arthritis problems in the future. I’m not exactly sure when this started but I would say 6 months +. Anyone have the same problem?
I want to be able to stop. What can I do? What would you do?
