What can an employer do legally when not given mental health records.?
Question by daisy_purple_colorado: What can an employer do legally when not given mental health records.?
I have worked for a company approx. eighteen months now as a junior draftsman. I have a speech disorder and rheumatoid arthritis (that does not irritate when sitting down), I have attempted several times to resolve issues within our department (unwelcomed behavoir) to no prevail, I have
talked with humane resource twice, the supervisor and
manager have been aware of the concerns that I have had, I
have been told not tell anyone except them (supervisor and manager), I have been labled as a trouble maker and needing counseling, (supervisor told me this) this has cotinued for approx. eight months, the supervisor has shown little support in helping me to become successful, I have talked to upper management about this, I was told to sign a writen notice that I am not following work instructions (which I refused and have a copy), I have been placed on unpaid leave and have
been told to provide mental health records, I feel that I have been bullied. hard to prove, I know.

Cause=overuse and repeated movements, a sudden injury, long periods of pressure on an area, aging and gradual degeneration of the bursa, arthritis, infection (septic bursitis), or trauma (traumatic bursitis).
Cure=Resting and immobilizing the affected area, applying ice to reduce swelling, and taking nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to relieve pain and reduce inflammation, unless it is caused by an infection in which case you’ll need antibiotics.
