Question by Kaye B: Is there someone out there that has Arthritis cream, lotion or potion that made themselves to help relieve pain
I need a knee replacement, but the Dr’s say I’m not 60 they say I’m to young for a knee replacement ( as knee replacement parts have a minimal part which in my case will only last 10 years ), My knee is bone on bone. so they are holding off. I’m just wondering some one has made a lotion or a potion or what ever that will help me with my knee’s. As my life is on hold I can’t walk distances, dance or even kick a ball with my grandchildren. I on fosamax, celebrex, panadol, nuroforn, fishoil ,glucosamine and osteroEzeThank you

This is a friend of mine, who has always been active and likes sports, but has recently been diagnosed with arthritis in both knees. She was advised to lose weight too, so the knees would not have to work hard carrying the extra weight.
What kind of exercise would be good for someone with knee replacement?

weights, rowing, bowling and boxing are always good, as they don’t require much leg movement. ♥b♥

Most Knee Pain is Caused by Arthritis
Most Knee Pain is Caused by Arthritis
According to the University of Virginia Health System:
Arthritis:
After walking for 6 hours a day, five or six days a week for twenty years, tearing my patellar tendon, having surgery for that and just seeing the years fly by like we all do, this is where I found myself. Knees that were bone on bone, my right kneecap 1/3 worn off, hurting all day and night if I wasn’t taking some kind of pain killer every four or five hours.
What do you do? Just keep going and taking pills until the knees finally totally wear out and you either go sit in a chair or get knee replacement. At least that is what I thought and is what I planned to do.
Until. Until a friend shared something with me that I thought was nuts. Sure Steve, that will work! (sarcastically) But, what did I have to lose? Nothing, just knee pain, so I tried it. He was right and I was wrong, did it ever work! To the tune of pain free with the same knees and feeling at sixty like I did in my thirties, NO PAIN! Amazing, yet true.
I would enjoy helping you achieve this same level of feeling good without prescription meds or pain killers of any kind. Get in touch and let’s get you started too.
Rheumatoid arthritis can also affect the knees by causing the joint to become inflamed and by destroying the knee cartilage. Rheumatoid arthritis often affects persons at an earlier age than osteoarthritis.
Doug has been dealing with knee and back pain for over 20 years and now at sixty feels better that anytime over those 20 years. Finding the proper balance of nutrition has brought me from 40 ibuprofen each week to zero. Head over to my website to find out what that is. http://circle75ent.com/
