I was at my local natural foods market looking for natural topical pain releiving gel. I found this one called Sore No More. Its works pretty good… have you tried it? Do you like it? Do you have any recommendations for other pain solutions?

Whole fresh cherries have anti-inflammatory properties, although a farmer got harassed by the FDA for making the claim because it isn’t backed by research (just sort of anecdotal).
Ironically, some Universities are currently studying the anti-inflammatory properties of cherries. Most of the modern world’s medicines come straight from the same plants & herbs that were used to treat the same conditions in the past.
