Question by Shivers: Sinus pain, need natural relief?
After having the flu a few weeks ago, I’ve been left with a tingly dull pain in the bone under one eye and in the bone area above it(sinuses).
I can’t see my usual doctor until she gets back from holidays in 2 weeks time, and I really don’t like to go to other doctors that I don’t know at all. I can only take panadol for the pain, but am wondering if there is a natural remedy that can help to ease congestion and allow sinuses to drain? Or is it not possible?

Don’t know if these really work but some people swear by the nasal washes that you can find in some drug stores and health food stores. Also some people claim using a small hand held battery or electric massager on your face works well too.
